that makes total sense considering that in the fourth week i finally started getting the full 4 quarts down on a consistent basis. I'm just kind of shocked that i reached my metabolic equilibrium so quickly!

ack! i think i'm at this stage now. Is 28 days too soon? I was losing more weight each week and then this time it was the same as last.
The older they get, the less nutritional value, the more potential for tasting off.... Generally best to go to sleep earlier, and wake up earlier and make the juice. It is time invested on one side of sleeping or the other....

what about making your juices the night before? If you find that you are pressed for time in the morning, what do you think about making your juices the night before? what does one lose in terms of nutrients if you do this?

If you want to grind grains, I suggest you get the extra container that does this. You could end up burning out your motor if you use the regular container to grind grains.
