- What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
- I had been raw for 2.5 years. Then in about November I went back to the SAD diet and now I have gained about half of the weight that I previously lost and was able to maintain while on a raw food diet.
I am looking to get back down to my weight that I was when I last maintained the raw food diet. I want to get back to embracing the great feeling of not being hungry yet not eating a lot of food.
My food has really gotten out of control with the SAD diet. Trying to get back to raw has been very difficult for me. I'm hoping the JF will get me to stop obsessing about food. My goal is to JF for 92 days. And when I stop the JF, my ultimate goal is to have changed my attitude about food to where I am no longer obsessing about food or my weight. I know I will have to be very careful when I come off the JF, but I know it is something I'll be able to do.
I have JF'd for 8 days, but never got past the 8 day mark. This time I plan to go all the way.
I'm looking to improve my skin,health and energy levels along the way. I'm looking to change my attitude toward food as something to nourish me rather than something to use for recreation and/or emotional reasons.
