Hi Jennifer. I am on week 3 actually. I am never able to do a full week so I don't get all the DVD's in. So I just roll over into the next week. So if you are on week 5 you are in Phase 2 then? I am enjoying this workout as it makes me laugh every so often. I think when I finish the 90 days I will do one of the other 90 day workouts. Probably the Classic and then the last 90 days will be the Doubles. I figured there is plenty to work on in these videos before I would want to get his others.

Oh yeah.... Beth, are you still feasting or have you finished already?? How many days for you???

Thats GREAT information. I will definitely add more for sure. Have you finished the 90 days yet or what week are you on??? I am on week 5 now. Still loving it but getting a tiny bit bored. I saw on the beach body website today that Tony Horton added 5 more DVD's to the P90X collection for after when we finish our 90 days. That will be nice to have a change. I feel GREAT otherwise. I was so excited to see someone else was feasting AND P90X'ing!!!!

Jennifer, welcome to Raw Fitness. I have found in doing the P90X I need a little more juice for energy as you will burn more. Both the juice and the exercising are so beneficial in how I feel about myself and how others see me. I actually had someone Friday say they thought I was 30. Wow! What a boost to taking care of myself. I am 46. So go GJFeasters.

Day one and I'm feeling great so far. Made a gallon of green juice including spinach, romaine, coconut milk and apples. Yum, yum!!! I am getting ready to workout and am interested in how I'll feel. Doing the P90X training and today is "plyometrics" which is lots of jumping, hopping and leaping. It kicks my BUTT... it's the hardest workout i've ever done so I'm hoping for the best.

Hello everyone! I'm so excited to have joined your group! I am going to start my first day of juice feasting tomorrow and my initial goal will be to complete the 30 days. If at that time I feel like I can keep going I will. I see below that Kathy is doing the P90X training! That is so great and I have been doing it for 3 weeks now. Do you have any suggestions or tips for me since I will be starting the juice feast tomorrow and will continue to do the workout??? Any suggestions or tips would be wonderful. Thank you so much!!!!

Thank you Beth for starting this page!! I have a friend that is 2 years younger than I am training for a triatholon this summer and my goal would be to be fit enough to do that next year. I am not as driven as some of you on the site but it doesn't mean I can't be. I love working out and with all of you as motivators I can keep on track. I am doing P90X right now and am trying to discipline myself to doing it every day. Too many interruptions. But when I am consistant I feel GREAT!!! Thanks again for starting this site!

Wow, is this cool! I am stoked to see this adventure being covered in here. I am in training to ride my pontoon outfitted mountain bike in the ocean around Gloucester Island, in Cape Ann, MA late this summer. My friend, and competitor Rich Marino and I will be aquatreking, stopping on smaller islands to rest. Training is bike,run,skip,swim...my JF has taken a few swells, and vortex's. I really am looking forward to the discussions raised by this group/forum! Today I trained in the sun on juice. Whew Hooo!!! Texas Heat! Bikram aint got nuthin on this...my highest running speed today was 7.5 mph...short lived though... (winter leftovers, and humidity ;-) JF'n has been like an ajustable keel for me, it keeps me on the course, IMGR8TFL4UALL

It's sooooooooooo great to hear from you!!!! Becca, being a quite example sometimes speaks VOLUMES and you will definitely make an impression! Like you I felt somewhat akin to Storm, he lived several years in the Detroit area. .........and like YOU, I prefer eating my fruit and berries.
I've gotten off track with my training this week, but Sundays have always been a great STARTING day and tomorrow I hope to be back on track! I highly suggest my favorite pre and post workout drinks: pre - coconut water, carrot juice, banana and greens.................post: coconut water, cucumber, celery, carrot and greens! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Coconut water.......what can I say............"mother nature's gatorade"!!!! Try it!

I've started doing at least 1 green drink a day, and have lately included 2. I'm not ready to start the juice feast quite yet..............not at home, schedules irregular, and my local shopping favorites not available. I'm in pre juice feasting stage. As I drink more green drinks the more I'm sure going to all juice will be something I'll be ready for.............those of you already on the path..............thank you for sharing and motivating those of us that are still 'thinking on it'! What I've read so far is that juicing has produced some very positive fitness results............that's extremely encouraging and at the same time very very exciting!!!! Thank you all for sharing!
