hi guys i play tennis at a high level, monday through friday i play at least 2 to 3 hours, on a team, i want to start my juice feast asap, although im nervous as to how it will effect my tennis, i have no room for experiementation and i have to be on top of my game 24/7, i was wondering for people who have done this of they could give me feedback on how they felt during their JF and what they would reccomend as the best thing to do, thanks!
