Yeah true,
I had an odd experience of trying to drink it while eating very clean and simple, and it seemed to cramp up my stomach...I don't know whether the mate was to blame, but I kept off it a bit since then.
Just have so darn much of it...wondering where to put it!

I can semi-understand that. Although I'm not juice feasting at the moment, I have grown extremely nocturnal...cannot sleep whatsoever before 5/6am. Guess these phases move on eventually, else we move on.

Yerba Maté is said to be avoided by pregnant women because of its stimulant properties -- so I would choose to avoid it!
